An employee originated idea for posters using famous quotes to inspire new ways of thinking or approaching one’s job. Employees submitted quotes for upcoming posters, with one being selected per month. Each of the posters in the series was designed by a different designer.

Two variations of the poster were produced. The one with a white background was circulated nationally. The black background version was displayed in Lexington, acknowledging the employee who submitted the “winning” quote.
