Cincinnati, a Nice Place to Live and Work
University of Cincinnati
1976
34” x 11”

A recruiting announcement for artists pursuing a Masters of Fine Arts in Ceramics at the University of Cincinnati.

The clay fired objects depicting a “nice place to live and work” environment were made by students majoring in ceramics.

Due to a limited budget, the poster was printed on a single-color press. The colors for the rainbow were hand painted.

Designed as a multi-purpose piece, some posters were scored and folded for mailing. An 8.5” x 11” mailer was fashioned by vertically scoring the poster and folding it into fourths.
