Facilities Management, a major service responsible for design, operation and maintenance of IBM’s expansive Endicott site, consist of four major components: Facilities Planning Area, Facilities Engineering, Facilities Maintenance and Operations Mission and Career Development and Potential. This brochure describes what these four components entail, providing a background to typical assignments carried out. Each, for quick and easy accessing, is colored coded, red, blue, green or yellow, respectively.
