A file folder containing essential information regarding PEAP, a social service program, offering free confidential medical assistance to city employees and their immediate family.

To streamline and make things easier, a line of cover weight papers creates a color-coding system facilitating the obtaining, examining and retrieving of the file and its inserts. Also, information pertinent to the inserts included in the individual folders is displayed on the front of each folder so data can be readily identified and accessed at the same time, providing another level of user friendliness.
